Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Upstreamed emerged from a clear need for transparency, collaboration, and better decision-making in healthcare. As an Army doctor on the frontlines, I saw how gatekeeping and bias slowed progress in critical moments. Partnering with my brother, an engineer, we envisioned a platform to break down those barriers and turn ideas into real impact.
